Meet Dorman Wood, CCE CEW
Co-Founder
and President, Dorman Wood is a Certified Credit Executive and Certified
Expert Witness with over 35 years of professional credit and financial management
experience including: credit and collections; treasury, bankruptcy; revenue
recognition; leasing; software compliancy; sales, product marketing; fulfillment
and order management. His experience has contributed to the success of start-ups
to Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries.
He is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Credit and Financial
Management, Stanford University, St. Mary's College of California, and a
FELLOW of the Credit Research Foundation. A former faculty member of the
Northern California Institute of Credit, San Joaquin Delta College and University
of California-Berkeley. Dorman currently serves on the Bankruptcy Litigation and Unsecurred Creditor's Committees of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Dorman Wood enjoys a national reputation in the professional
credit community as a proven asset manager, educator, seminar leader, published
author, process improvement and e-commerce specialist. Dorman has been certified
as an expert witness in numerous court proceedings involving bankruptcy and
accounts receivable asset litigation.

Co-Founder and Secretary / Treasurers, Maxine Wood is a Certified Credit Executive
and a Certified Mentor with over twenty-five years of professional credit,
financial and accounting management experience. Maxine's specialty has been
small to medium-sized firms in the manufacturing and distribution disciplines.
She is an alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles and University
of California, Hayward. Maxine is a past National Chairman of NACM's Credit & Financial
Development Division and member of NACM's National Education Committee.
Maxine is well known throughout the professional credit community as a proven
asset manager, educator and mentor.
